New Forum Creation Error

Hello,
When I create a new forum, the domain.com/new_forum.php file doesn't work it submits and then loads a blank page... Please Help!

Just curious. Does anything show in the site's error_log that might help trace the problem?

Did you enter the correct FTP information? If so, can you PM me admin info so I can take a look at your other settings? Also, what PHP and MySQL versions do you have on your server?

Well I fixed the FTP Information, but when it does create a forum I get an error 404 not found...

Hmm do you have safe mode on in PHP? It sounds like the script is timing out or something.
