CHMOD problem!!!

Configuration: Unable to fetch config file. Make sure /nbs/nbs_config.php exists.

In admin painel, i have this:

CHMOD Files The following files need to be CHMODed to their appropriate permissions, in order to prevent any script problems, as well as security problems if there are files that shouldn't be writable. Statistic Value Total Admins: 1 Total Forums: 0 Total Active Forums: 0 Image Directory Size: 8.95 KB Database Size: 95.23 KB


My FTP says that all this files have CHMOD 644

FTP details:

Server: ftp.domain.com

Installation: /public_html/hostnbs/

user: hostnbs@domain.com

What can i ask to my Host provider? Change something? What´s wrong !!!
