hello i'm from bulgaria end i sorry for my bad english but i need to know
haw i can change the language encoding
i need encoding windows-1251
but wen i change this in my language.xml
and upload this language
the encoding for my site don't chage and i see hieroglyph i realy need to set for my site encoding windows-1251
pls help me , show me were i need to put this encoding
