account creation error

ok I have tried everything here so this is my last hope..

have the script installed in the /public_html/forums/ dir
I have a subdomain forumhosting.badazzclanz.com pointing to that dir as root
I made a new FTP account forums@badazzclanz.com pointing to that dir as root
have the ftp path as /public_html/forums/

now if I make a new account with the accessname as Phoenix the script will make a dir in the root /public_html/forums/ called phoenix and copy all the images over to the root but there is nothing in the folder. so if I go to forumhosting.badazzclanz.com/phoenix/index.php I get a 404 file not found error if I go to forumhosting.badazzclanz.com/phoenix I get an index with no files listed..

what could be wrong?

any help would be great..

no dont bother I moved on to another script where u actually get help when u need it not 10 days later..

maybe I will use this script when the author has more time to help ppl that need it..

if he ever plans on selling this he may want hire someone to give support cause the support system sucks now..
