Need some installation help!

Hi I am on step 9 of installation and it is telling me to CHMOD some files back to 644 when they already are! :( what do I do?

Also the NBS files are supposed to be in the same directory as the phpBB foum files right? :nudge:

Okay It is working now but...

I have to enable the boards before they can be used. How can I enable them automatically? Thanks!
