first in new_config.php file where

that's right or delet DIR variable ??

second problem :

in installation process step no 4

i get some error in functions.php file ,, i didn't modified any thing in this file !!

3rd problem :

in step 8 ,, this is the big problem 4 problems : in the end it didn/t modified any thing in the files

plz upload the modified and ready files to replace it ,, i tried 4 times in many server and the same result

plz upload common.php , viewtopic.php and all files the script modifiy in step 8

Are you sure your DIR is local instead (C:)of somewhere on the internet (http://)?

yes , because this is the path , and in Windows 2003 Operating system .. :)

What is the error you get at step 4?

It looks like you have some permission errors if it's not writing to the files, which could relate to you trying to install it a windows server. If you look at the requirements it does say linux server needed and windows is not supported
