Hi guys,

Just installed this awsome looking script, cudos to the developers! :D

Everything went fine until I attempted to sign up a test forum. I must have tried 50 times now and no matter what combination of all caps, some caps, no caps I user for the captcha image verification - it never matches!

So I thought I'd be smart and just disable it to solve the issue...now the page just times out everytime.

Would this be a simple CHMOD thing? I'm completely lost and any help would be great!

If you need to see it in action the link to sign up is http://wektis.com/forums/new_forum.php depending on which stage of frustration I'm at when you visit will depend if the captcha image is enabled or not...

Thanks!

Hmm, might be a problem with the server, as I've never had problems with this, and there have not been any reports about problems before. Can you PM me admin access and FTP access so I can look around the admin panel and see if I can figure out why it's not working?

Thanks,
Derek

Hi,

I'm having the same problem, captcha verification never matches the first time a user want to make a forum, but if you go back and refill the information then it works.

Can someone tell me how this is fixed?

Thank You in advanced.
Carlos

The issue was never rectified for me - I did recieve advice an update would be released soon and could I install this and let them know if the problem was solved.

Still waiting for the update to be released.

Doing some tests i nottice that the problem shows if you are already logged in, for example, i'm adding a new mod, and then if i go to the new_forum.php site to make a new forum without log off first as admin, the error shows, if i log off then all works ok.

I hope this can help you.

I'll have to look into this. I haven't been able to reproduce it.
