If i convert the phpbb mulit forum to Vublitin, do all users i had changed to vbulitn or can they change to vbulitn if they want?
Quastion 2, how to install cashmod, easymod etc?

You cannot use this with vBulletin. That would be illegal because it would be multiple instances of vBulletin, which is against their license agreement.

For your 2nd question, just install those mods like you normally would, but you will have to add the SQL queries that need executed on each forum to the new_forum_sql.php file, and if they added any new tables, you will have to add DROP TABLE queries to the delete_forum_sql.php.

So if they already got a forum and i want to add cash mod for exmaple, how to add it just for that forum? More spefic

It would have to be added to all of the forums, it can't just be added to only one.

You should be able to use the existing cash mod hack available for phpBB. It's pretty simple how to install mods. You just install them like you normally would and then put the SQL queries needed to install them into the nbs/new_forum_sql.php file, and use the execute query feature to execute them on existing forums.
