Hello,
You can use it. It's freeware lol. It can be downloaded here: http://www.nbsdesignz.com/download.php?file=NBS_Multi-Forums_phpBB.
Also there are currently no mods for it, once someone makes a mod they will most likely have a readme file telling how to install the mod. Also what do you mean by make updates in it?

I mean if phpbb 3 comes then we would have lot of problems in updates!

It won't support phpBB 3, until I release a new version that supports it. The version that will support it should be out near the time phpBB 3 comes out. I am currently porting this script to phpBB 3, using phpBB's CVS files. Once phpBB 3 is out I'll finalize everything and release a new version of this script.

The best to use dny's or log in to cpanel, or direckt admin( the best to both)

They can be added, you just might have to modify some of them to include the table prefix for each forum if they don't already use the variable in each forum's config file. Also you will need to put the install SQL code into the nbs/new_forum_sql.php file and also if it adds any tables you need to add SQL code to DROP them into the nbs/delete_forum_sql.php file, or else they will be left in the database if the user deletes their forum.
