About Subdomain

I wonder how to create subdomains like name.host.com instead of host.com/host/name .

here is my host settings: http://testdomainet.com/info.php

Im glad if anyone can help me to if i need to recode it so it may work, i want the new registerated users to get a subdomain instead of host.com/host/name
